One (1) Year Limited Warranty

We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on all our lighting fixtures, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered:

• Defects in the construction of the fixture body.
• Faulty wiring or electrical components internal to the fixture.
• Failures in the original finish, such as peeling or cracking, under normal use.

What is NOT Covered:

• Light Bulbs: Light bulbs are consumable items and are not covered by this warranty.
• Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect installation, or installation by an unqualified individual.
• Modifications: Any product that has been altered, rewired, or modified in any way.
• External Causes: Damage from power surges, improper voltage supply, water damage (for indoor-rated lights), or acts of nature.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Fading or aging of finishes over time, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the fixture’s functionality.
• Improper Care: Damage caused by the use of harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@diamondelectricalsllc.com with your original order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide Proof: Please include clear photos or a short video of the defect. This is often required to assess the claim.
3. Resolution: If the claim is approved under the warranty terms, Diamond Electricals will, at its discretion:
   • Repair the defective part or product.
   • Provide a replacement part or product.

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with a warranty claim. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
