Product & General Questions
Yes, we do! You are welcome to visit our main location to see a selection of our exquisite lighting fixtures in person. Our address is: Al Rumays / Barka / Sout Al Batinah / Governorate, Oman. We recommend calling ahead if you wish to see a specific model.
We specialize in high-end, luxury lighting solutions. Our collection includes a wide range of products such as crystal chandeliers, modern pendant lights, elegant wall lights (sconces), sophisticated indoor lighting, and durable, stylish outdoor lighting.
Typically, light bulbs are not included unless specified in the product description. This allows you the flexibility to choose bulbs that match your desired brightness and color temperature (e.g., warm white, cool white). The required bulb type and wattage will be clearly stated on the product page.
A good rule of thumb is to add the length and width of your room in feet. The sum is the approximate diameter your chandelier should be in inches. For example, a 12ft x 14ft room (12+14=26) would suit a chandelier around 26 inches in diameter. For specific advice on ceiling height and style, please contact our design consultants.
Absolutely. All our electrical products are designed and certified to work with the standard 220-240V/50Hz electrical system used in the Sultanate of Oman and the wider GCC region.

Installation & Care
While we do not offer an in-house installation service as part of the purchase, we can recommend certified and experienced electricians in the Sout Al Batinah and Muscat governorates. Please contact us for a referral.
Yes, absolutely. For your safety and to ensure the fixture works correctly, we strongly recommend that all our lighting products be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician. Improper installation can be dangerous and will void the product warranty.
For crystal or glass fixtures, use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a specialized crystal cleaner. For metal finishes, use a dry, soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or polishes, as they can damage the protective finish. Always ensure the fixture is turned off and cool to the touch before cleaning.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@diamondelectricalsllc.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Our lighting fixtures come with a one (1) year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage from improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear. For a complete overview, please visit our Warranty Policy page.
