14-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unused, and unassembled items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition. It must not have been installed or modified in any way.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, and instruction manuals included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@diamondelectricalsllc.com or call +968 7261 4341 within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during return transit.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address provided with your RMA number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in ensuring our products are free from defects and packed securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@diamondelectricalsllc.com with your order number.
  2. Provide Photos: Please include clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging. This helps us process your claim quickly and improve our services.
  3. Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We will also arrange for the return of the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Light bulbs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
