Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after your purchase. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Oman

We are proud to offer specialized shipping across the Sultanate of Oman.

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days):

• Large & Fragile Items (Chandeliers, Large Pendants): These items require special handling and may incur additional shipping charges. They are shipped in reinforced, insured packaging to guarantee their safety. Any specific costs will be clearly communicated at checkout.

International Shipping (GCC & Beyond)

We currently offer shipping to GCC countries. For shipping outside of the GCC, please contact us directly at info@diamondelectricalsllc.com for a custom shipping quote.

• International shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination and the size of the order.
• Duties & Taxes: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. Diamond Electricals is not responsible for these charges.

Important Information

• Packaging: Every light fixture is inspected and securely packed using high-quality, protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Inspection Upon Arrival: We strongly urge you to inspect your package for any external damage upon delivery before signing for it. If you notice any significant damage to the box, please note it with the courier and contact us immediately at +968 7261 4341.
• Installation: Shipping and delivery services do not include installation. We highly recommend that all our lighting products be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
